Connectivity and battery
Choose the connection that suits your till or workstation: Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless with a mini USB receiver, or a direct USB cable. The mini receiver and USB cable work plug-and-play; for Bluetooth pairings, scan the setup barcode in the manual.
The scanner includes a built-in Li‑Ion battery (up to 2000mAh depending on model), charges in around 3–4 hours and supports long run-times — up to 100,000 scans or roughly 20 hours continuous use on a full charge.
Scanning performance
Reads both 1D and 2D symbologies, including QR, PDF417, Data Matrix and common 1D formats such as Code 128, EAN and UPC. Optical resolution is 600×600 with a scan speed of up to 100 scans/second and an A4 scan breadth where applicable.
Onboard 256KB memory stores over 2,600 codes for offline capture, so you can scan without an active connection and upload later. The unit uses natural light plus LED illumination for reliable decoding.
Compatibility and variants
Compatible with Windows and macOS and works with common applications such as QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Available as wireless Bluetooth (L8BLPro), 2.4GHz wireless (L8Pro) or wired USB (L5Pro) variants to suit POS, retail and warehouse workflows.
Built from ABS+PC materials and certified to CE and FCC standards, the scanner is designed for regular commercial use in shops, stores, logistics and inventory environments.
