Scan walls with confidence

Find wood studs, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, live AC wires and other hidden objects behind drywall, plywood or coated surfaces. Choose Exact mode for pinpointing targets at up to 20mm, or Deep mode to scan to a depth of 38mm.

LED indicators, a position percentage display and audible beeps help guide you towards a target. Hold readings with a short press, or mute the beep with a long press.

Check moisture levels

The built-in moisture meter measures wood moisture from 5–50% and building material moisture from 1.5–33%, with stated accuracy of ±2%. Use the readings to help spot potential damp or rot before starting work.

Simple to use and store

Automatic calibration, one-button mode switching, cm/in conversion and a backlit LCD make the scanner straightforward to operate. It runs on one 9V battery, which is not included, and switches off automatically after five minutes to help preserve battery life.

The package includes the DSF06 scanner, a user manual and a cloth storage bag.
